Dr. Omar Abo Ali is a fertility specialist and minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon. He graduated in the top 5% of his class at Alexandria University, trained in obstetrics and gynecology at Alexandria University Hospital, and went on to earn his MRCOG from the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in London, a master’s degree in endometriosis and fertility from the University of Oxford, a master’s in reproductive endocrinology from Alexandria University, and a diploma in genetic diseases from Harvard.

His practice focuses on effective treatment with the least unnecessary intervention. He introduced No-Needle IVF in Egypt, performs keyhole surgery where appropriate, explains the limits and expected outcomes of treatment, and follows patients after their procedures.
